Our clients have the chance to choose themself the fish at the near market upon the arrival of the fishing boats.

Hors-d’oeuvres and vegetables such as the cherry tomatoes of Vittoria, the eggplants, marrows, peppers, artichokes, tomatoes, lettuce, chicory, rucola (eruca sativa known as rocket) that arrive at your table freshly collected, as well as a variety of typical local cheese.
Home-made sweets like the ‘ricotta cannoli’ (pastry cones filled with ricotta cheese) almond desserts, the Sicilian cassata or else, whichever would please you.
